SV CIO Roundtable, Business Continuity in the After Times (Sept 14, 2021)
The worldwide pandemic of the last 2 years -- a once in a century event -- has challenged all of us to respond to business and personal disruptions of an unprecedented magnitude.
In this colloquium, we'll do a quick level set on the terminology and practices of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning, then explore practical lessons from the literature -- and more importantly, from each other -- on how to minimize risk, prepare for mitigation / recovery, and involve business executives and other stakeholders in our DR/BCP programs.
